Butter & BLackberry ginger chicken
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
2 tbsp *BUTTER OLIVE OIL*
2 tbsp *BLACKBERRY GINGER BALSAMIC VINEGAR*
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp *CANADIAN STYLE CHICKEN SEASONING*
1 clove garlic, minced
SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix BUTTER OLIVE OIL, BLACKBERRY GINGER BALSAMIC VINEGAR, CANADIAN STYLE CHICKEN SEASONING, garlic, SALT, and COURSE BLACK PEPPER.
Marinate the chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked, then drizzle with the remaining marinade.
