Butter & Peach Shrimp Skewers
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp BUTTER OLIVE OIL
2 tbsp PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp SMOKED SWEET PAPRIKA
SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix BUTTER OLIVE OIL, PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SMOKED SWEET PAPRIKA, SALT, and COARSE BLACK PEPPER in a bowl.
Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill or sauté until pink and cooked through.
