Citrus Pear Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the BLOOD ORANGE OLIVE OIL, CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR, HONEY, and soy sauce until well combined.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER, then brush the citrus-pear glaze generously over the top.

  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve warm, with any remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
