cranberry pear olive oil cake

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 1/2 cup *CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR*

  • 1/2 cup *CHEF’S BLEND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (or blood orange olive oil)*

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp SALT

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

  2. Whisk together the CHEF’S BLEND EXTRA VIRING OLIVE OIL, sugar, and eggs until smooth.

  3. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and SALT until just combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

  5. Let the cake cool, then drizzle with CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR before serving.
