cranberry relish
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
12 oz fresh cranberries (about 3 cups)
1 large green apple, peeled, cored, and finely diced
Zest of 1 orange
1/4 cup honey* (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup cranberry pear balsamic vinegar*
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Pinch of cinnamon* (optional, for warmth)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Ingredients in Food Processor. Place the cranberries, chopped green apple, orange zest, and sugar into a food processor.
Pulse Until Finely Chopped. Pulse the mixture a few times until it reaches a finely chopped, relish-like consistency. Be careful not to over-process—you want some texture.
Add the Finishing Touches. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in the cranberry pear balsamic vinegar and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
Refrigerate. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the relish to chill.
