Keep Alert Spray
- 45 drops Peppermint
- 35 drops Rosemary
- 30 drops Fir Needle
- 25 drops Clove Bud
- 4 ounces Distilled Water
Add all ingredients to a 4 ounce, fine mist spray bottle. Shake well before every use. Liberally spritz room as often as needed. Especially good to use in office after lunch and when trying to study.
Stiff Muscle Massage
- 2 drops Fir Needle
- 3 drops Lavender
- 2 drops Ginger
- 1 drop Cedarwood
- 2 drops Marjoram
- 1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut Oil
Massage into overworked muscles as needed.
