Take A Deep Breathe (Bath)

  • 2 drops Frankincense
  • 1 drop Hyssop
  • 3 drops Eucalyptus
  • 2 drops Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Jojoba Oil
  • 1 cup Sea Salt

Mix essential oils into jojoba and dissolve them into sea salt. Add to warm/hot bath as water is running. Soak for a good 20 minutes. Moisturize well when finished. Use to help open breathing passages. Be sure to test the blend on a small portion of skin first before immersing yourself in it.

Apply with a carrier oil for topical application.
