Lemongrass Essential Oil (cymbogogon flexusus) has an extremely strong fresh, lemony, grassy, and earthy aroma presenting a top-middle fragrance note.
When mixed with a carrier oil, lemongrass makes an effective insect repellent. The citrusy scent is used often in soaps, detergents, perfume, and skin care products. To give your laundry a fresh fragrance, apply the oil to a wet cloth and add to the dryer.
Use Lemongrass oil in massage to help relax muscles and stimulate the senses. When diffused or used in an aroma inhaler, Lemongrass Essential Oil may help support concentration and give you an energy boost.
