GARLIC BALSAMIC ROASTED CHICKEN

Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • In a small bowl, combine GARLIC OLIVE OIL, GLAZED ONION BALSAMIC VINEGAR,minced garlic,ITALIAN SEASONING (or ZAPP spice blend),SALT, and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.

  • Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.

  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
