GARLIC BALSAMIC ROASTED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

the chicken-

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs

  • 3 tablespoons GARLIC OLIVE OIL*

  • 1/4 cup GLAZED ONION BALSAMIC*

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, or ZAPP* SPICE BLEND

  • Salt and COARSE BLACK PEPPER* to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • In a small bowl, combine GARLIC OLIVE OIL, GLAZED ONION BALSAMIC VINEGAR, minced garlic, Italian seasoning (or ZAPP SPICE BLEND), salt, and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.

  • Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.

  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
