kickin’ garlic pork fried rice

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • PULLED PORK

    ~ 1 lb pork tenderloin

    -1 cup chopped mire poix

    -1 tbsp CHEF BLEND OLIVE OIL

    -2 tbsp KICKIN GARLIC SPICE BLEND*

    -1/2 cup water or chicken broth

  • FRIED RICE

    1 tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL

    1 cup frozen peas and carrots

    1/2 cup frozen corn

    2-3 small boxes leftover white rice

    1 tbsp minced garlic

    1/3 cup soy sauce

    2 eggs

    drizzle of sesame oil

    drizzle of terriyaki sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add all pulled pork ingredients to slow cooker, cook on low 8 hours.

  • Shred pork and set aside.

  • Saute the veggies and rice until soft, about 5 minutes.

  • Add soy sauce and stir to combine.

  • Add in minced garlic and move rice to one side of the pan.

  • Crack in two fresh eggs and scramble on the empty side of the pan.

  • Mix with the rice, and drizzle in sesame oil. Plate, and top with the Kickin Garlic pork.

  • Drizzle with terriyaki for a sweet n tangy bite!
