kickin’ garlic pork fried rice
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
PULLED PORK
~ 1 lb pork tenderloin
-1 cup chopped mire poix
-1 tbsp CHEF BLEND OLIVE OIL
-2 tbsp KICKIN GARLIC SPICE BLEND*
-1/2 cup water or chicken broth
FRIED RICE
1 tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup frozen corn
2-3 small boxes leftover white rice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 eggs
drizzle of sesame oil
drizzle of terriyaki sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Add all pulled pork ingredients to slow cooker, cook on low 8 hours.
Shred pork and set aside.
Saute the veggies and rice until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
Add in minced garlic and move rice to one side of the pan.
Crack in two fresh eggs and scramble on the empty side of the pan.
Mix with the rice, and drizzle in sesame oil. Plate, and top with the Kickin Garlic pork.
Drizzle with terriyaki for a sweet n tangy bite!
