Mango watermelon cooler
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
2 tsp MANGO ZEN green tea*
1.5 cups hot water (about 175o-185oF)
1 cup cubed fresh watermelon
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp HONEY*
½ cup ice)
DIRECTIONS:
Steep the Tea
Steep MANGO ZEN in 1.5 cups hot water (about 175o-185oF) for 2-3 minutes.
Remove tea leaves and let the tea cool slightly.
Blend the Fruit
In a blender, combine the watermelon, mint leaves, and HONEY (if using).
Blend until smooth.
Combine & Chill
Strain the watermelon-mint puree (optional, for a smoother texture) and stir into the cooled tea.
Serve
Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a tiny watermelon wedge.
