Mango watermelon cooler

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 2 tsp MANGO ZEN green tea*

  • 1.5 cups hot water (about 175o-185oF)

  • 1 cup cubed fresh watermelon

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp HONEY*

  • ½ cup ice)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Steep the Tea

    • Steep MANGO ZEN in 1.5 cups hot water (about 175o-185oF) for 2-3 minutes.

    • Remove tea leaves and let the tea cool slightly.

  • Blend the Fruit

    • In a blender, combine the watermelon, mint leaves, and HONEY (if using).

    • Blend until smooth.

  • Combine & Chill

    • Strain the watermelon-mint puree (optional, for a smoother texture) and stir into the cooled tea.

  • Serve

    • Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a tiny watermelon wedge.
