pumpkin spice sweet potatoes
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
2 tbsp *PUMPKIN SPICE BALSAMIC VINEGAR*
2 tbsp *BUTTER OLIVE OIL*
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 tsp CINNAMON
1/4 tsp NUTMEG
SALT to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss sweet potatoes with PUMPKIN SPICE BALSAMIC VINEGAR, BUTTER OLIVE OIL, CINNAMON, NUTMEG, and SALT.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
