Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
SALT to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss sweet potatoes with PUMPKIN SPICE BALSAMIC VINEGAR, BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL, cinnamon, nutmeg, and SALT.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
