2-medium mangos- diced into 1/4" sections

  • 3 tbsp- Honey Infused Balsamic Vinegar

  • 3 tbsp- Peach Infused Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 cup- Lime Olive Oil

  • 1/4 tsp- chili paste

  • 2-4 medium habanero peppers- seeded and chopped

  • 1/4 cup- red onion

  • 1/2 tsp- cumin

  • 1/4 cup- cilantro- chopped

  • dash of sea salt

  1. Whisk Lime Olive Oil, Honey Balsamic and Peach Balsamic. Add dressing to the chopped ingredients, mix well and chill for 15-30 minutes

  2. Perfect compliment for seafood, fish, pork or beef dinners.
