The Tea Tree’s CHEF’S BLEND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
4 oz goat cheese
The Tea Tree’s FINE SEA SALT
1 cup fresh cherries, pits removed
The Tea Tree’s FIG BALSAMIC
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Cut french bread into slices about 1/4” thick. Brush both sides with The Tea Tree’s CHEF’S BLEND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. Place slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with The Tea Tree’s FINE SEA SALT. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn once. Allow to cool before adding any toppings
Top with goat cheese.
Cut the cherries in half and sautee in The Tea Tree’s CHEF’S BLEND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL for one minute or until the cherries begin to soften.
Place 2-3 cherries on each slice and drizzle with The Tea Tree’s FIG BALSAMIC.
