savory balsamic spiced salmon

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 tbsp *GARLIC OLIVE OIL*

  • 2 tbsp *FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR*

  • 1 tbsp *LIME OLIVE OIL*

  • 1 tbsp *FRENCH FRY SEASONING*

  • 1 tsp *honey* (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with the FRENCH FRY SEASONING, ensuring an even coat on all sides.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together GARLIC OLIVE OIL, FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR, LIME OLIVE OIL, and honey (if using).

  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of GARLIC OLIVE OIL.

  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down if the skin is on. Sear for 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy and the salmon is lightly browned.

  6. Pour the balsamic glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a minute.

  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
