The strong but pleasant flavor of dried Rosemary mixes with many meats and strong vegetables very well. Sprinkle on top of pizza or mix with olive oil and garlic for lamb, poultry, and veal dishes. It is also great in sauces, soups, focaccia bread, lamb, pork, chicken, vegetables and fruit salads. Rosemary is compatible with and mixes well with many other spices.  It also blends well with garlic and wine, making it an excellent addition to marinades for grilled meats.

Sprinkle rosemary on bread dough before placing it in the oven to make delicious rosemary bread. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of this herb to a pot of chicken soup as it cooks. You will be delighted and amazed at the flavor this will add to your recipe.
