winterberry herbed salmon

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 1–1½ lbs salmon (4 portions)

  • 2 tbsp *HERBS DE PROVENCE OLIVE OIL*

  • 1½ tbsp *STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR*

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp *WACKY PEPPER*

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.

  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top.

  3. Marinate 20–30 minutes (no longer—salmon is delicate).

  4. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until just cooked through and flaky.

    Chef’s note: Strawberry balsamic doesn’t make this “sweet”—it adds a subtle brightness that lifts the herbs and complements salmon’s natural richness.
