winterberry herbed salmon
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
1–1½ lbs salmon (4 portions)
2 tbsp *HERBS DE PROVENCE OLIVE OIL*
1½ tbsp *STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR*
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp *WACKY PEPPER*
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk all ingredients together.
Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top.
Marinate 20–30 minutes (no longer—salmon is delicate).
Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until just cooked through and flaky.
Chef’s note: Strawberry balsamic doesn’t make this “sweet”—it adds a subtle brightness that lifts the herbs and complements salmon’s natural richness.
