Rosemary Olive Oil

It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, fish, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping and in marinades. Like the garlic and Italian herb oils, it is a natural for sautéing or as a condiment in savory dishes and avoids having those unpalatable rosemary spines in the dish.

Pairs well with most vinegars, depending on the dish.
