Bacon & Raspberry Spinach Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp BACON OLIVE OIL
2 tbsp RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
4 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Toss the spinach with and RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR.
Top with almonds, raspberries, and goat cheese. Season with SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER and serve.
