Bacon & Raspberry Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 2 tbsp *BACON INFUSED OLIVE OIL*

  • 2 tbsp *RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR*

  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

  • SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Toss the spinach with BACON INFUSED OLIVE OIL and RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR.

  2. Top with almonds, raspberries, and goat cheese. Season with SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER, and serve.
