Boss Burger Loaded Potato Skillet
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 Tbsp BOSS BURGER SPICE BLEND
1 Tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL
1 Tbsp BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1 Tbsp BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup sour cream
2 green onions, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL and half of the BOSS BURGER SPICE BLEND.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 30–35 minutes until crispy and golden.
While potatoes cook, heat GARLIC OLIVE OIL in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and remaining BOSS BURGER SPICE BLEND. Cook until browned.
Stir in BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR and cook 1–2 more minutes.
Add roasted potatoes to the skillet and toss together.
Top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until melted.
Finish with sour cream and green onions before serving.
