Boss Burger Stack

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, gently combine ground beef, BOSS BURGER SPICE BLEND, GARLIC OLIVE OIL, and BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR.

  3. Form into 4 burger patties slightly larger than the buns.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL and onions. Cook 10–12 minutes until soft and caramelized.

  5. Grill burgers about 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and preferred doneness.

  6. Add cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking.

  7. Toast brioche buns lightly on the grill.

  8. Stack burgers with bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
