Boss Burger Stack
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
2 Tbsp BOSS BURGER SPICE BLEND
1 Tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL
1 Tbsp BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
4 brioche burger buns
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 Tbsp BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL
Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, gently combine ground beef, BOSS BURGER SPICE BLEND, GARLIC OLIVE OIL, and BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR.
Form into 4 burger patties slightly larger than the buns.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL and onions. Cook 10–12 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Grill burgers about 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and preferred doneness.
Add cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking.
Toast brioche buns lightly on the grill.
Stack burgers with bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
