Butter & Blackberry Ginger Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 clove garlic, minced
SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL, BLACKBERRY GINGER BALSAMIC VINEGAR, CANADIAN STYLE CHICKEN SEASONING, garlic, SALT, and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.
Marinate the chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear the chicken until fully cooked, then drizzle with the remaining marinade.
