Corn Star Elote
INGREDIENTS:
4 ears fresh corn, husks and silk removed OR 3 cups frozen corn, thawed and patted dry
3 Tbsp BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL
2 Tbsp CORN STAR SEASONING BLEND
1/3 cup crumbled cotija or grated parmesan cheese
Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Brush corn with BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL.
Sprinkle CORN STAR SEASONING BLEND evenly over the corn.
Grill fresh corn for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.
For frozen corn: heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add seasoned corn and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and lightly blistered.
Top with cotija or parmesan cheese and cilantro before serving.
