Cranberry Relish

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries (about 3 cups)

  • 1 large green apple, peeled, cored, and finely diced

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 1/4 cup HONEY (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional, for warmth)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine Ingredients in Food Processor. Place the cranberries, chopped green apple, orange zest, and HONEY into a food processor.

  2. Pulse Until Finely Chopped. Pulse the mixture a few times until it reaches a finely chopped, relish-like consistency. Be careful not to over-process—you want some texture.

  3. Add the Finishing Touches. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in the CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.

  4. Refrigerate. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the relish to chill.
