Creamy Potato, Carrot, & Asparagus Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL

  • 1 small yellow onion, diced

  • 2 large cloves garlic

  • 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced to small bite sized pieces

  • 2 cups carrots

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1” pcs

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tsp ZESTY LEAF

  • ½ tsp BRONCO KICK

  • ½ tsp salt or to taste

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp CHAMPAGNE BALSAMIC

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to the crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours

  3. Stir in cream, cover and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes
