creamy potato, carrot, & asparagus soup

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 2 tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL*

    1 small yellow onion, diced

    2 large cloves garlic

    3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced to small bite sized pieces

    2 cups carrots

    1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1” pcs

    4 cups vegetable broth

    1 tsp ZESTY LEAF*

    ½ tsp BRONCO KICK*

    ½ tsp salt or to taste

    ½ cup heavy cream

    1 tbsp CHAMPAGNE BALSAMIC*

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to the crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours

  3. Stir in cream, cover and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes
