Grilled Balsamic Peaches
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tbsp HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your grill or grill pan.
Brush the peach halves with the balsamic vinegars.
Grill the peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side, until softened and caramelized.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
