Honey, I Smoked It Ribs

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill or smoker to 300°F.

  2. Remove membrane from back of ribs and pat dry thoroughly.

  3. Rub ribs all over with GARLIC OLIVE OIL.

  4. Combine HONEY, I SMOKED IT SPICE BLEND and brown sugar. Press seasoning heavily onto all sides of the ribs.

  5. Place ribs over indirect heat. Cover and cook for 2 hours.

  6. Mix HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR and apple juice together.

  7. Wrap ribs tightly in foil with the balsamic mixture and continue cooking 1–1 1/2 hours until tender.

  8. Unwrap and return to grill for 10–15 minutes to caramelize and deepen the bark.

  9. Brush lightly with additional HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR before serving for extra smoky-sweet flavor.
