Iced Matcha Latte with Strawberry Cold Foam

INGREDIENTS:

  • For the Matcha Latte

    • 1 teaspoon CEREMONIAL MATCHA

    • 2 ounces hot water (about 175°F)

    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or more to taste)

    • 6 ounces oat milk, warmed or iced

    For the Strawberry Cold Foam

    • 2 tablespoons strawberry puree or syrup

    • ¼ cup Oat Milk (barista blend recommended)

    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Matcha Base:
    In a small bowl, whisk CEREMONIAL MATCHA and hot water until fully dissolved and frothy. Stir in the maple syrup.

  2. Add Milk:
    Pour the oat milk into a glass (use warm for a hot latte or iced for a chilled version). Gently pour in the matcha mixture to create a layered effect.

  3. Make the Cold Foam:
    In a frothier or small blender, combine the strawberry purée, oat milk, and maple syrup. Froth until smooth and airy.

  4. Assemble:
    Spoon or pour the strawberry cold foam over the top of the matcha latte.
    Serve immediately & enjoy!
