ITALIAN HERB & CRANBERRY PEAR stuffed mushrooms

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 2 tbsp *ITALIAN HERB OLiVE OIL*

  • 2 tbsp *CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR*

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, ITALIAN HERB OLIVE OIL, CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT, and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.

  2. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden.
