ITALIAN HERB & CRANBERRY PEAR stuffed mushrooms
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
2 tbsp *ITALIAN HERB OLiVE OIL*
2 tbsp *CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR*
12 large mushrooms, stems removed
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, ITALIAN HERB OLIVE OIL, CRANBERRY PEAR BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT, and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden.
