lemon & peach roasted asparagus

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 2 tbsp LEMON OLIVE OIL *

  • 1 tbsp PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR *

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed

  • SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER to taste *

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Toss asparagus with LEMON OLIVE OIL, PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER.

  3. Roast for 15-18 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
