Lemon & Peach Roasted Asparagus
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp LEMON OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss asparagus with LEMON OLIVE OIL, PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.
Roast for 15-18 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
