lemon & peach roasted asparagus
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
2 tbsp LEMON OLIVE OIL *
1 tbsp PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR *
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER to taste *
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss asparagus with LEMON OLIVE OIL, PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT and COURSE BLACK PEPPER.
Roast for 15-18 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
