Lemon & Peach Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Toss asparagus with LEMON OLIVE OIL, PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.

  3. Roast for 15-18 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
