Lemon & Honey Roasted Asparagus
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp LEMON OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss asparagus with LEMON OLIVE OIL, HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR, SALT and COARSE BLACK PEPPER.
Roast for 12-15 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
