Mango Watermelon Cooler

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp MANGO ZEN green tea

  • 1.5 cups hot water (about 175o-185oF)

  • 1 cup cubed fresh watermelon

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp HONEY

  • ½ cup ice)

DIRECTIONS:

Steep the Tea

  1. Steep MANGO ZEN in 1.5 cups hot water (about 175o-185oF) for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Remove tea leaves and let the tea cool slightly.

Blend the Fruit

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, mint leaves, and HONEY (if using).

  2. Blend until smooth.

Combine & Chill

  1. Strain the watermelon-mint puree (optional, for a smoother texture) and stir into the cooled tea.

Serve

  1. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a tiny watermelon wedge.
