Spicy Habanero-Lime Grilled Flatbread

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Brush flatbreads with 2 Tbsp HABANERO OLIVE OIL and dust with FAJITA SPICE.

  2. Grill flatbreads 2 to 3 minutes per side until charred and crisp. Set aside.

  3. In a food processor, blend feta and LIME OLIVE OIL until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. (No processor? Mash with a fork — it'll be chunkier but still delicious.)

  4. Spread whipped feta generously over each flatbread.

  5. Top with cherry tomatoes and red onion. Drizzle with HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR and the remaining 1 Tbsp HABANERO OLIVE OIL.

  6. Finish with fresh herbs and a pinch of flaky salt. Slice and serve immediately.
