Summer Peach Balsamic Fizz
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 ounce vodka
3-4 ounces prosecco, chilled
BASIL OLIVE OIL, for serving (optional)
fresh basil leaves and sliced peaches, for serving
DIRECTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR and vodka. Shake well to combine. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a gimlet glass and top off with prosecco. Garnish with a very small drip of BASIL OLIVE OIL, fresh basil and peaches. Enjoy!
