Fig & Garlic Salad Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 small shallot
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp each salt + pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or bottle. Shake to combine. Chill 30 min, then pour over mixed green salad with ingredients of your choice.
**NOTE: This dressing compliments ingredients like bacon, blue cheese, dried berries and candied nuts very nicely!
