tuscan white bean & sausage soup

INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS

  • 1 lb Italian sausage (pork or chicken), browned

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 (15-oz) cans cannellini beans, drained

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp ITALIAN HERBS OLIVE OIL*

  • 1 tbsp FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR*

  • 1 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING*

  • ½ tsp WACKY PEPPER*

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional finish: chopped kale or spinach

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients except greens to crock pot.

  2. Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.

  3. Stir in greens during last 15 minutes. Serve warm.
