Tuscan White Bean & Sausage Soup
INGREDIENTS: * TEA TREE PRODUCTS
1 lb Italian sausage (pork or chicken), browned
4 cups chicken broth
2 (15-oz) cans cannellini beans, drained
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp *ITALIAN HERBS OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp *FIG BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tsp *ITALIAN SEASONING
½ tsp *WACKY PEPPER
Salt to taste
Optional finish: chopped kale or spinach
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients except greens to crock pot.
Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.
Stir in greens during last 15 minutes. Serve warm.
